Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.


Exchanges are only accepted if an item is faulty or if an incorrect item was sent. Faults must be reported on the same day of delivery with clear photos. Worn items will not be accepted under any circumstances. Exchanges are not offered if the correct size was provided or if you change your mind about an item.


Photos of the item are required before any return is approved.


Once tracking information has been issued, responsibility for monitoring delivery passes to the customer. If a parcel is returned due to missed delivery or failure to rearrange delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Refunds will not be issued for missed deliveries.


Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. Replacement items will only be sent after the original item has been received.


Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays are outside our control. Orders will not be refunded due to shipping delays.


Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and paid.


Items lost in transit or held/seized by customs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
